I was in the middle of the store and an unexpected panic attack happened and I did not now what to do. All I felt was out of control. Then I remembered the energy movement exercise that La Toya has taught me, in session and I began the technique and within a minuet, I was able to take back control and finish shopping at the grocery store.

I was afraid of being judged by my therapist and before I new my hands and body started shaking. I told her that I was going to have to go home because these episodes usually last for several hours. When Latoya talked me through using a combination or relaxation techniques. I continued to have leaving the session on my mind, because I new for sure it was not going to work and after 8 times of restarting and focusing on her voice, after 20 minuets my hands and body stopped shaking. I was strudels shocked because What looked like a 7 hour episode ended within 20minuets. I was relived.

Several years ago, I heard of a bridge falling down due to an explosion, and I developed a phobia of traveling on bridges. As a result, I felt intense fear, anxiety, panic, and worry. I avoided conversations, freak out, and have a breakdown even when I saw a bridge. When Mrs. La Toya worked with my fear of ridding on bridges, after a few months, I was cursing in my mind, but I made it safely over the bridge.
